MasterChef at L'Andana

For all those who have not had enough of Barbieri, Cracco and Bastianich's harsh judgements and would love to try out the Mystery Box and the Invention Test, L'Andana has prepared a special 3-day intensive course to spend with Chef Omar Agostini, to become the next Master Chef!
L'Andana hosted the semi-final of Master Chef Italy 2013, with a special guest judge, Alain Ducasse, who opened his only Italian restaurant here, La Trattoria Toscana, run by Executive Chef Omar Agostini. It was Omar himself who guided the Master Chef finalists, put to the test in the Trattoria Toscana's kitchen, during the final stages of the competition, and he will be the one guiding you through a 3-day full immersion course to prepare you for the harsh judgements of Carlo Cracco, Bruno Barbieri and Joe Bastianich.

Services included

Day 1

Arrival in the afternoon
Delivery of personalized toque, apron and note book
Meeting with chef Omar Agostini at the aperitif to be introduced to the program

Day 2 - 7 hours with the brigade Alan Ducasse of La Trattoria Toscana

Morning:
9.00 am to the vegetables & fruits market with chef Omar Agostini
From 10.00am to 1.00pm in the kitchen for the "mise en place" with the brigade
Afternoon:
5.00pm to the fish market with chef Omar Agostini
From 6.00pm to 8.00pm in the kitchen for the "mise en place" with the brigade

Day 3 - 5 hours and a half with the brigade Alan Ducasse of La Trattoria Toscana

Morning : in the kitchen for the "mise en place" with the brigade
Afternoon: free time
From 7.00pm to 9.30pm: dressage in the kitchen and dinner with a guest, selection of wines Tenuta La Badiola included

Day 4

Morning: delivery of an Alain Ducasse's book with autograph and of the certificate of attendance to the MasterChef class

Price and Terms

Euro 990,00 per person for the MasterChef class Valid from March to November 2013, subject to availability

The class doesn’t included the price of the accommodation, it depends on the room typology at L’Andana or at Casa Badiola Golf House. We suggest a 3-night stay minimum.
