Slow Food Presìdia and the Products of Terra are concrete examples of a new agricultural model based on the revival of good, clean and fair products, made in working conditions that respect the land, its people, their rights and their culture. The Alliance between chefs and Slow Food Presidia unites chefs from restaurants, osterias and bistros who are committed to supporting the Slow Food Presidia and local small-scale producers, the guardians of biodiversity, by using their products every day.

Tasting of forgotten species that are now winning over our gourmet palettes. Mackerel, zerro, palamita, sugarello are coming back amongst consumers' culinary habits but in the fish markets these fishes, considered as "poor", are hard to find. In this workshop, led by a chef and a fisherman, you will learn to know and appreciate these species that live in abundance in the Mediterranean Sea.

TASTE WORKSHOP FOR KIDS (up to 12 years old) by SLOW FOOD
ICE CREAMS, SORBETS AND SNOW CONES: SO TASTY!     

Home-made ice creams, fruit sorbets and snow cones for the little ones that, during the summer, hardly say no to such treats. During this workshop you will learn more about homemade quality ice cream starting from the raw products, fresh seasonal fruits for the sorbet and vanilla for the cream. To finish off, refreshing snow cones and a few secrets on how to prepare them.
