Proposta Easter lunch

Easter is a day to celebrate in family. Tenuta La Badiola is waiting for you for the Holy Mess at 12.00 in the private little church of the estate, followed by the traditional Easter lunch by our chef Omar Agostini:

 


Stuffed artichokes with "caponata", anchovies, mustard sprouts, sweet and sour sauce

Chick pea soup,  fried prawns ravioli

Wild boar tortelli, lime dressing

Roasted lamb shoulder, stewed green peas and wild asparagus

Our sweet cheese "plum cake"

Chocolate dome, red berries and vanilla
