NEW L'ANDANA “SIGNATURE" TREATMENT WITH OLIVE OIL AND LAVENDER

Created exclusively by ESPA experts for L’Andana and La Badiola, this treatment starts with the “Foot Ritual” welcome treatment, using olive oil and aromatic herbs grown in the garden of Trattoria Toscana, the restaurant at L’Andana run by Alain Ducasse. In the meantime, the Maremma landscape with its warm embrace will clear your mind of worries and stresses. The treatment continues with delicate exfoliation of the body using sea salt, fragrant rosemary from the garden and essential oils. Then comes a relaxing back massage with oil and aromatic herbs from L'Andana, followed by an intensive facial treatment. The experience will be brought to a delightful end with a dessert concocted by Alain Ducasse. And for those who wish to continue the experience at home, we are pleased to offer a bottle of And’Olio oil.
HOLISTIC HOT STONE MASSAGE OF THE BACK, FACE AND HEAD

This total experience includes an ESPA Intensive Facial Treatment and back exfoliation, followed by a massage with heated lava stones and aromatherapy oils that act as a powerful stress-reliever for the mind and body.
The Intensive Facial Treatment and Oriental Head Massage that follow help free the mind, calm the soul and relieve tension. The result is restored general equilibrium, moisturised and nourished skin, and a profound sense of wellbeing.
CHAKRA REBALANCING TREATMENT USING HOT STONES

Chakras are the seven imperceptible centres of energy. According to Chinese and Ayurvedic philosophy, if chakras are blocked or congested they have a negative effect on the body and mind at a physical and emotional level, suffocating vital energy.
Treatment to re-establish the equilibrium of the chakras starts with exfoliation of the entire body, followed by a specific massage with a blend of ESPA aromatherapy oils and hot lava stones. The stones are placed on the chakras and vital energy points of the hands and feet to restore energy balance and relieve tension. The treatment includes delicate stretching to reduce deep-seated tensions in the neck and shoulders while hot stones are placed along the vertical column. The critical points of tension around the eyes and ears are massaged gently. This is followed by finger pressure on the head to free the mind and relax the soul. Afterwards you feel profoundly calm, with positive energy and a renewed sense of equilibrium.
